• Fundamentals of sterile inflammation
• Damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs)
• Inflammasomes and activation of the innate immune system
• Immunological dysregulation in the absence of infection
• Sterile inflammation in disease contexts
• Experimental models and methods
• Therapeutic implications and interventions
• Clinical applications and open research questions

The course will be held weeks 18-22 2027.
