Description

The course first provides a general overview of key methods for identifying and studying the structure and function of proteins and their pathological variants, including whole genome sequencing analysis (WGS), protein structure prediction, protein expression, and phenotype analysis. The theory is then combined with real research examples and discussions on the sustainability of genetic research. Finally, students are given the opportunity to develop their own research projects to apply these concepts.
