Environmental system analytical tools are used to analyze the environmental impact of various activities, products and technical systems in society. These models and methods also have a central role in developing and evaluating new strategies, techniques and measures in the field of sustainability.
The course aims for the student to develop knowledge of existing tools in the area of environmental systems analysis and their potential and limitations in analyzing and solving environmental problems.
The course is specially developed for PhD students in the PhD programme of Sustainable Systems and the subject area of Environmental Management and Technology.
