Description

The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge about material models and their thermodynamic background. After completing the course, the student is expected to be able to use classic material models for calculations as well as independently set up and analyze new material models.

The target group is PhD students in strength theory, mechanics and materials technology. In addition, the course is suitable for professional engineers who need to analyze constructions where more qualified materials are used or where materials are used in extreme situations.
